BLUE SEA'S PEVENSEY BAY,
A lovely detached house located on the beach in Pevensey Bay. The property accommodates 7 people and has spacious rooms, with patio doors leading out to the front garden and accross to the pebble and sandy beach. There are also gardens to the rear of the propertry for those Alfresco evenings. A double garage is availble with off street parking. The living room is open plan to the dinng area, and the kitchen is spacious and fitted with cupboards, stand alone gas cooker, under the counter fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. WENT LANE EAST DEAN
Went Lane is a modern two bedroom detached bungalow situated in a cul-de-sac of 3 properties. Nestling in the hills of East Dean it offers easy access to some lovely rural downland paths and also is within walking distance of village shops, a restaurant and local pub serving great food. There is a farmers market on wednesday. East Dean is located approximately 5 miles from Eastbourne and 20 miles from Brighton. Seaford and Newhaven are close by. The bungalow is surrounded by gardens and there is a large driveway with parking for 3 cars. It has the attraction of a south west facing garden with decking area for those alfresco evenings, a summer house and also the added advantage of conservatory with comfortable seating. From the front and rear gardens there are lovely views of the surrounding downland and distant views of the sea at Birling Gap.
